Siamese cats looking for homes

If you are interested in giving a home to an adult Siamese cat,(we don't have kittens but there are sometimes kittens for sale on the list at list.htm) please contact the numbers given on this page against the cats looking for a home or find the person who covers your area here..
**Before making contact please read the following notes **
E mail enquiries re.adoption are just to establish first contact and no cat in our care is homed purely on this basis, and further investigation will be required.

The listings on this page are divided into 3 categories-
1)SCCWT cats, for the cats we have in care where the contacts will always be our Welfare Officers.
2)Owners who want to use this page to assist with the rehoming of their cats who are still with them, either taking enquiries themselves or using us as the first contact when extra help is required
3)Other welfare groups or clubs
who use this page to advertise their cats looking for homes. They may also have their own websites and other cats for homing. They have no connection with SCCWT

There is no charge to list cats in any of these categories
Please contact Brigid or Niki by phone or e mail to list on this page(see below or Contact Us page for numbers)

The SCCWT is not responsible and cannot vouch for either the condition or description of any cat unless it is in the personal care of our Welfare Officers. We can only pass on details as they are given to us and it is up to the prospective owner to ensure everything is as it should be.In most cases we have not met the cats or owners listed here, except for those in our care.
The SCCWT does not accept cats for sale at any time.A donation is requested  if we rehome a cat in our care,to cover any costs incurred and it is advisable to check with other advertisers and welfare groups regarding their policies.Direct homings from owners can expect to make a Charitable donation
The SCCWT reserves the right to turn down, without explanation, any application to rehome a cat in our care although an explanation is usually provided if we have to turn you down.

**Can you offer Oscar a special home?He is a very friendly 5 year old neutered Seal Point who has sprayed in his last home.He likes being out and about so a rural/semi rural home, pos. stables/farm with limited house/conservatory etc access when unsupervised and full house supervised access as he loves being with people. He is vaccinated and microchipped. the only pet in an adult household with owners at home a lot would be ideal for him.He is in Bromley, Kent Please contact Brigid Oakley on 020 8464 8857
Oscar has been here for 16 months now-someone out there must have the perfect home for him

** Due to Jeans'death we are looking to home 3 of her Adoptacat cats- Milly,Ivy and Breezer.Details of Milly , Ivy and Breezer can be found HERE
Update 23/04 Good News! Millie has found a new home with a Siamese Rescue boy who was lonely as his girlfriend had passed away. As a result I will consider splitting Breezer and Ivy.Vaccinated and microchipped they are both in Suffolk area.
Breezer is a healthy 15 year old Seal Tabby Point looking for a retirement Indoor home with a loving lap and personal slave to boss around. He has lived as a single cat before so can go one his own or as a partner to a female. He does not like dogs.
Due to Breezer's age the SCCWT would sponsor his future veterinary treatment even though he has no ongoing health issues currently. Reserved
Ivy could go with Breezer but as she is much more active she could also go to a home with dogs as she has lived with Jeans dogs. She has not gone out but could be introduced gently to a safe garden in the countryside. She also likes other cats.

And finally

Here are some of our happy cats in their new homes....
Most of the cats we rehome come from loving owners who don't want to part with their cats.Others, like those left outside a veterinary surgery and in a sanctuary car park, are not so lucky.

Now that I'm home, bathed, settled and fed,
All nicely tucked in my warm new bed.
I'd like to open my baggage lest I forget
There is so much to carry - So much to

Hmm . . . Yes there it is, right on the top.
Let's unpack Loneliness, Heartache and
And there by my leash hides Fear and

As I look on these things I tried so hard to
leave I still have to unpack my baggage called Pain.
I loved them, the others, the ones who left me,
But I wasn't good enough - for they didn't
want me.

Will you add to my baggage?
Will you help me unpack?
Or will you just look at my things
And take me right back?
Do you have the time to help me unpack?
To put away my baggage, to never repack?
I pray that you do - I'm so tired you see,
But I do come with baggage
Will YOU still want ME?
